What this site is

The personal portfolio of Varakorn (legal name Varakorn Meunukdomn), Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia: his work, his story, his blog, and a guestbook. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Your account

An account is optional. Signing in happens with an email and a password, or through your Google account. Keep it to yourself, and use one account per person. You can walk away at any time by asking for your account to be deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.

What an account buys you is control: your comments and vouches gather on your account page, you can edit or delete any of them yourself, and you can like other people's. Without one you can still write, you just cannot take it back afterwards.

House rules for the guestbook

Comments and testimonials are welcome, from anyone, and they appear the moment you write them. Signing in is optional. Being anonymous is not: without an account you give a name and say how you know Varakorn, and those go up next to your words. Use a name people would know you by, not somebody else's.

There is a ceiling so nobody can flood the place: five an hour with an account, three an hour without. To stay up, a contribution needs to be:

• Civil. No harassment, hate, or personal attacks.
• Honest. Testimonials must describe real experience of working with Varakorn. No impersonating anyone, and no borrowing a name that is not yours.
• Not spam. No advertising, no link dropping, nothing illegal.

Nothing is checked before it goes up, so anything that breaks these rules is taken down afterwards, without notice. Moderation decisions are final. That includes comments that were fine when posted but did not age well.

Your words stay yours

You own what you write. By posting it here you give this site permission to display it, alongside the name you gave and your photo if you have one, for as long as it stays published. Delete a comment and that permission ends with it.

If you wrote without an account there is no way to prove later that a given comment was yours, so nothing on the page will delete it for you. Write to Varakorn through the contact page and say which words were yours, and they come down.

The desk terminal

The chatbot on the home page is powered by AI. It does its best to describe Varakorn accurately, but it can be wrong, and nothing it says is professional advice of any kind. Do not type private or sensitive information into it.

No promises

This site is provided as is, without warranties. It is a portfolio, not a service with an uptime commitment. Features may change or disappear, and content may be edited at any time.

Links elsewhere

Links to other sites are provided in good faith, but what happens on those sites is between you and them.

If the rules are broken

Breaking these terms can mean removed content, a suspended account, or both, at Varakorn's discretion. Anything that looks like a crime gets reported.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

The date at the top moves, and meaningful changes get a plain note here.
