What I do at P10X Media

P10X Media is the marketing department of P10X, based in Sunway, Subang Jaya: video, digital marketing, ads, and SEO: the backbone of the digital presence behind P10X's automotive brands. I joined as their AI Specialist: the person who turns manual, repetitive media work into systems that run themselves. My job sits at the exact intersection I've been building toward since my HYGR years: content that earns attention, produced by pipelines instead of late nights.

The title on paper is AI Specialist. What I actually practice is a role I believe will soon have its own name: Full Stack AI Engineer: someone who builds like an engineer across the full stack (front end, API, database, backend) to ship custom web solutions for internal workflows, and uses AI as the primary tool the way an editor uses CapCut or Illustrator. Day to day, that means constantly building custom internal software the team actually uses, either as a tool, or as a workflow that runs itself.

• AI workflows: pipelines that connect models, data, and tools end to end, so a task that took an afternoon happens on a schedule.
• Agentic AI: autonomous agents that read briefs, make decisions, and act on real business tasks, with humans reviewing the moments that matter.
• AI marketing workflows: content engines that plan, draft, and distribute, informed by what 38 million views taught me about hooks, pacing, and retention.
• Custom internal software: full stack web apps (front end, API, database, backend) built for the internal team's real workflows.
• AI video editing: an automated editing system I'm building with Claude. It's a custom internal build, so the interesting parts stay private and confidential.
• SEO content: search first blog articles for P10X's automotive brands, written to rank and to be cited.

Why this role, why now

I spent two years in front of the camera earning 38M+ views for a Malaysian brand, then retrained as a Full Stack AI Engineer at Gamuda AI Academy, where I led the team that built Tendervise AI and presented it to Malaysia's Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation. Most engineers haven't lived inside the content grind; most creators can't ship software. P10X Media gets both in one hire.

The working toolbox at P10X: React, Webflow, and Payload for the web layer, with Astro soon to join; Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, and Google AI Studio as the AI core; Remotion, HyperFrames, and CapCut on the video side; and Meta Business Suite, Meta Developer Tools, Google Search Console, Notion, and Figma Weavy to run the marketing itself. The engineering habits underneath come from Orion Automation, my registered studio in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
